Mark,
My name is Jeff Longworth from the Seattle area. I have met with the Seattle A-Team one time at the beginning, I believe we were at the third level at the time. I am actually a Canadian citizen living near the border, so it has been a bit of an effort to stay with the program. Also since I do not have any eligibility in this country for public vote or office I have hesitated to get too involved in politics – though I find your political views to be THE missing ingredient to decent government. If Canada could hear this stuff – it could be a whole different country!!
I do realize that Jeffrey Yeager lives near here in Bellingham. I have yet to make his acquaintance, but I do have his number. My testimonial follows. Use it, edit at will, or not, as you wish – it is yours:

I have to admit that I have been one of the *least* dedicated new apprentices in this extremely exciting program. It has nothing to do with the program itself and everything to do with the timing of my life right now. But let me say a few words to illustrate how the timing could not have been better – even though it seems like an awful time to add anything to my plate.
As a born-and-raised Christian I have always had questions about the truth. I have seen the most ridiculous things presented as “truth” without any sensible resource to back it up. Not only from religion, but from political leaders as well. Over time during my adulthood I had lost faith in the existence of truth – simply because the promises given in religious text – as with political campaigns – fail to deliver, miserably so. Before buying the first heirloom package, I honestly, sincerely had no place to turn. I will say that it was with a healthy dose of scepticism, however, that the first purchase was made. When it arrived and I began to read, it MADE SENSE. My goodness there are no lies in it – only truths that nobody wants to admit. And, a whole lot of simple, practical hints as well. I continued purchasing materials as they were offered, and read them all, even though it was quite a bit of material to digest.
Well, during the early stages of the apprenticeship series my whole life turned upside down – my home that I built myself and remodeled just a couple years ago was destroyed by tenants; my girlfriend left me, and then trashed my other house that she and her kids had been living in, making off with everything valuable in it. So I have had to start over with two homes to remodel (one for the second time) and many many huge bills to catch up. I’m sure even my society membership with Neothink has been ended or suspended for credit card non-payment, though I have been too busy to look at the web site and find out.
Bottom line, the truths in those books have kept me: focused, active, motivated, uplifted and mentally healthy throughout all of this. If I had depended upon God to get me through, I would have walked away from the crap and jumped off a cliff. And why not, if Heaven awaits the deceased? I realize now that my children deserve more from me – and it isn’t going to come from anyone else, or any supreme being, but from ME – healthy, active, alive, ME. I will be back! And this attitude and outlook has not come from staunch dedication to all things Neothink. It has come from sceptical observation and casual study of the principles. It MAKES SENSE! It is written in modern-day English and, while validating ancient texts, historical figures, legends, religion and the reasons for it, completely and convincingly outlines the reasons why we have grown out of it now. I sense no wickedness, no unkindness, no ulterior motives, no weirdness, no selfish power hunger, no exclusion , no criticism, no fear, only truth and a willingness to look for and accept it, in this society and its writings and its adherents. Yes, though the timing was off, it could not have been better.
Even though I have done practically nothing for the society, it has done everything for me, to change my life to something infinitely better than it was. Each day as I apply the hints and methods my life gets better. If I lose focus, I go back and read something pertaining to the issue I have. If I had a second chance at life, I would want this program again, only during my teens and twenties so I could more easily ingrain and integrate the habits and lifestyle choices. I recommend this to you, and to your children. Our future depends upon you.
