this happened for me too. my bad habits have subsided, i dont feel the need to smoke any more, i am already full. I dont eat nearly as much as i once did, and now only specific foods. usually i am so busy working and creating that i dont even think about eating, for i dont want anything to disturb my work. I have lost weight and i feel and look great. granted, i havent slept much for i am to energized, but even then, i find i am still focused and able to do my work. it fills your soul doing work like this. and when those holes are filled with good things, you are a complete picture and no longer seek pleasure giving substances to fill them.
