I have studied the Neothink literature for years and my way of viewing what Mark is saying here is that for thousands of years the ruling class have been taking what creative people have done and hiding it from “The Common Folk.” When creative people try to share with others, or heaven forbid, collaborate with other creative people, the ruling class will use whatever means they can to subdue the person(s) to include simple lies, imprisonment, or even execution. So when Mark speaks of initiatory force it is not just physical violence but also false witness, regulations, and all acts used to discourage the creative person from trying to improve all mankind. There are thousands of pages of literature at the Society so there is no way in a few minutes or with a few written words you can get the full context of what is going on here.
