I am truly fortunate because at the end of this month I will celebrate my fifty-eighth birthday and I am feeling good!!! I am thankful to share that I am physically, emotionally and psychologically younger than I was eight years ago when I celebrated my fiftieth birthday. Two months after I turned fifty I made the decision to eliminate all meat and diary from my diet and become a Vegan. Yes!!! When I was thirty-two years old I experienced a paralysis on the left side of my body. Little did I know how positively that my physical challenge would affect my journey. As you can imagine I was bombarded by negative opinions regarding my situation including the diagnosis from medical physicians that I had Multiple Sclerosis. Thank goodness that I had a background of years of positive mental conditioning and used my disciplined mind to focus on seeing myself living the life that I wanted to live and not on what I did not want. I chose the alternative route to healing and voila. Through the mentorship of natural physicians I began consuming natural supplements and attending natural health seminars annually instead of pursuing the traditional western orthodox medicine route. I was exposed to products and information that took me to the next level. I learned about a wealth

Since we can each use our GIFT of LIFE (powerful conscious mind), and put energy and effort where it does no harm but instead adds “Good things to life”, IMAGINE working together to ensure personal peace. We can add greater values to improve our country. We don’t need the government rulers to throw more money down one more drain! WE the People can become self-reliant, one-by-one, just like our Founders did to experience peace. Many still come to America for that very reason, to become stronger, more self-reliant. They come to visit family members and see their family happier, enjoying love, self-pride, and feeling peace as they may own a motel, restaurant, or only their “own home”. Some serve us as our doctors, lawyers, and accountants. Their visitors feel happy, and are proud of them, because they honestly love them. Isn’t that what the “American Dream” is about… feeling that inner peace which can be shared? We can each use our Gift, all of the time, too. We need not rely upon entitlement programs, that many fear, could be cut down like a tree “When Times Get Tough”. What you can do if you “get turned on” and follow your PASSION? One thing is for certain, you will celebrate love, happiness, and pride when you do. On February 5th, our

Psychology
Remember thinking, and perhaps saying in a firm voice: “The minute I leave home I’m going to…” Did you ever complete the blank? There may be many reasons, why you never did. Suppression from so-called rulers is something we often accept or intentionally overlook. Imagine if you feared the ruler who lovingly said, “You’re going to hurt yourself!” while you learned to step between the couch and the coffee table while continuously falling down! When you were young, did you feel better being a spectator or participant? Can you think about and evoke those feelings once again? “Adding “Joy to Life” requires conscious thinking, and action, or you wonder “What is the Point of this?” It’s perspective. Would you rather be a participant, than a “Spectacle, in life”? You can create the angles or be trapped in “someone else’s angle”. When you fail to THINK, are you “out of touch with reality”? Is that when another easily steps in and “takes-over”? Does this happen “time-and-time” in relationships, corporations and Countries? Knowing that “Life Happens” is it evident one must participate or accept being a spectator? A participant can say “Life is Good!” Don’t let it be said of you “You’ve lost touch!” That is “not a Good Thing”. Why? First, you are human with abilities to create your own reality,

You fell in love, the spark was lighting the fire under you. With your thought of feelings; you felt this is the one that will help me achieve the wishes, thoughts, and dreams I have been thinking about my whole life. But why is it that for the majority we fall under the trap of negativity? We are all born with the gift of having great power of the mind to control and achieve anything we may desire. Being a man or a women the mind holds the same power, but we are taught to separate and deny certain power we do share as a whole. When the silent secrets of information are united together a powerful future to a new civilization will develop. Society has been playing a very cruel game with the human mind for thousand of years. It all started within the religion sector, where the ruling man was threatened by the strength of a women, because women were showing signs of the power they hold within themselves. The strength of pain when bearing children, giving tender loving care to their children, husband, family. Women are the support pillar that holds strong, keeping peace, taking care of all responsibilities, and household chores. A self motivating factor most men do not hold. As the man trots off to work
