Health
Your body is a physical composite of atoms and molecules which have existed in this contaminated physical environment for as long as you have lived. You are also the genetic code of your parents and their parents. As such, you have been compromised with the impurities of this world at the molecular and cellular levels. Think of your skin as the filtration system of your body. Pretend your body is like a cheese cloth which a baker uses to prevent dough from sticking to the surfaces which it comes in contact with. Similarly, your skin is your first layer of protection to prevent the entry of harmful bacteria and toxins. Now, since your skin is one molecular component of your being, it reduces further as you descend into your body at the cellular level of your physical being, this is where you find your internal organs and their life sustaining functions. These also are made up of atoms and molecules which are passing in and out of the existences of their purpose through out your life. Just as the cells of your skin become dead cells and flake off, so too your internal surface structure breaks down and reforms at the cellular level continually so that your body can continue to contain and support your circulation and the continuance of

How to be Happy, Peace
One day I went to a horse ranch and was walking near a fence which contained a field of tall flowing green grass that appeared to move as waves in a sea of green as the winds blew across this field. The ranch was breeding Stallions as well as boarding other horses on its property and was open to public access. He was so far away that he appeared to be only two inches tall from my point of view as he stood at such a great distance from me in the center of the field. As I admired his beauty I mentally reached out to this beauty in hopes of connecting to it, of becoming a part of his strength and beauty. As I stood there connecting to his beauty, he immediately turned to face me and I could feel the spirit of this stallion connected with my mind. Slowly he first started trotting and then was galloping towards me as I stood outside the fence containing the field. When he got to me

Business
First off I can see the wheels in your mind spinning wildly trying to figure out exactly what a soup sandwich is. Well it is a metaphor for any situation that sounded good at one time but has gone horribly wrong, at no fault of your own, but you are the one stuck with it. This happens frequently when people are given jobs they have no idea how to perform and don’t ask questions so they don’t look stupid. Eventually it catches up and it is usually right before the project is due! I am sure you have had situations that you had to correct that weren’t your fault but you had to handle them anyway. That is a Soup Sandwich! So typically what happens is as soon as you are handed your sandwich everyone panics. We all realize soup flows downhill so if you have the ability to pass it down, you normally will! If you are at the bottom of the food chain what you do next will determine your degree of success! Step 1 Contain the Soup Sandwich-This step is almost always missed. Most folks flail about and really just do whatever someone tells them to do. This usually leads to very sloppy results and no one is satisfied with the outcome. Best thing to do is
