Peace
The Aussie Bush The day was hot, but under the cool canopy of the tall gum trees we walked along the dirt track, and the ferns covered the ground under the trees. A lizard slithered up a tree and a koala slept high up in the branches all alone. The kids ran on, in a hurry to get to the waterfall for a swim, as the air was still and very humid in the heat of the day. I heard a rustle further over and I noticed a kangaroo with a Joey (baby kangaroo) in its pouch. She was probably heading for a grassy plain to eat. The billabong (a backwater or pool) looked cool and inviting, as the waterfall floated over the rocks noisily, and the kids squealed with delight as they swung on the rope and landed into the cool refreshing waters below. A carpet snake sat lazily on a branch sleeping in the warmth of the day, as a group of rainbow lorikeets chirped loudly in the trees, telling all who would listen that human’s were in their bush. As the afternoon moved on, we had to sadly leave this beautiful enchanting place as the wild animals would want to come and drink from the fresh waters before evening set in But a day at the billabong

Without Competition Without competition, the mind could not grow, the mind becomes stagnant, blank, nothingness. When competition is used, the mind becomes alive, it becomes Strong and Powerful. With a quick look into the mind of an athlete, this individual pushes their mind to the fullest capacity this individual will allow. The athlete has drive and motivation to be the best they can be. So why is it, not everyone chooses to use the mind to the fullest of their potential, within their immediate abilities, within their own gifted guidance system we are all born with? So why is it, that most shy away from competition? Why is this action feared by so many? This fear may have started way back many many years ago. Think back, on how the pyramids were built. When the first conscious leaders, discovered how to keep the peasants minds down into blank nothingness. These leaders had control over the pheasants, telling them the gods ( clouds, mountains, rock etc.) was the guidance to live by. These leaders discovered if confusion were set in place, within the minds of the masses, these leaders would have full control over all people. These leaders discovered that competition was the key to their success, and fear was the key to loosing their success. They discovered that fear and
Goanna!

History
The goanna sat sunning itself on a log. The small child said. “How did the lizard get its name goanna?” Grandpa sat thinking on another log, He then said. “A long time ago when the first settlers came here,” “A young couple set out on their horse and buggy for their new property. It was a long ride, and after awhile the lady who was called Anna, needed to go to the toilet.” “While walking to a bush, she spotted a huge lizard. Having never seen a lizard so big before, she ran back to the wagon screaming, and she shakily told her husband that she would wait.” Her husband nearly fell off the wagon he was laughing so much, at seeing his wife run so fast, and he said “Go Anna go.” “After meeting some new friends at the local Inn he told the story of his wife and the lizard, and soon word had got around and everyone just kept on calling the monitor lizard a goanna.” “So that is how the first settlers started to call the large lizard a goanna.”

Health
Simple Step to Prettier Healthier Hair and Skin I have been married for a couple of decades and my wife has been complaining of dry skin for at least the last ten years. She uses skin lotion and body wash with moisturiser when she showers and is constantly scratching. So over time I scratch her back several times a week before we turn in for the night. This usually leaves those white scratch marks you get with very dry skin. One day I was listening to a radio show Voices of Success, run by a friend of mine, Kjelene Bertrand (pronounced SHE-Lene). She was interviewing Fred Van Leiw AKA The Water Doctor. One of the things he was talking about was how chlorine and fluoride are toxic poisons. They are put into the water to kill bacteria that will make us sick. This prevents cholera and other disease from spreading, especially in urban environments where water is used and continuously recycled. This all makes sense and didn’t mean much to me. Then he went on by mentioning most people know now to drink bottled or at least filtered water to remove some of these chemical treatments but what most people (including me!) don’t think about is our skin absorbs 6 to 100 times more chemicals from the water than our digestive
