Fall in Love

Would you love to fall in love all over again?  Would you like to experience those tingling feelings from your head to your toes once again?  Why does love and its’ good feelings have to pass so quickly?

What was it that you did differently before you met?  Were you truly a happy person before you hooked-up? Or, were you depressed and your partner made you feel good?  How can one try to make another person happy without becoming emotionally and physically tired?

Are you sick and tired of not feeling good?  Tired of feeling that your life doesn’t matter and that everyone and everything outside of you is more important and more valuable?  Then, today, is a good day for you.  You get to make a choice perhaps your first independent choice in years.

Today, you are going to look at yourself in the mirror, looking straight into your eyes and say “I Love You.”  What else or who else matters?  Who can truly take care of that beautiful person behind those loving eyes?  Do you look tired?  Perhaps you are… tired of being told:  how to act, what time to rise, when the trash must be taken out, when the car needs serviced, when you can take a vacation, who you can vacation with, just to name a few limitations in your life. 

Today, you are going to make a conscious choice to begin living a reality-based life.  You will no longer look to another person or material possession to make you happy.  You are smart, and you know that wasn’t happening!  No longer accept what comes your way, as the automatic truth or goodness for you and your life.  Take back life.  Say no to others more often, say yes to you when something doesn’t feel right.  More on saying “Yes!” later… 

Today you get to fall-in-love with the child of your past.  Remember, that determined child?  Hopefully, you learned to ride a bike which required being able to make conscious decisions.   Can you remember, how good you felt, and, how much you loved your bike?  You are still ever so capable, because that child still lives and loves within you.  Fall in love with who you are once again.  Say “I Love You.”
