The analogy is beautiful; it is always better to be a guide who can lead the way compassionately, and with wisdom. The journey’s difficulty is the plum line measurement to our commitment to the journey itself.
As a child I ask, “Why is the journey so difficult?”, then a gentle breeze responds, “It is only through struggling to reach the heights yourself that you can look back from those heights and begin to soar over any obstacle you may encounter. Then, upon having reached the precipice, you can then take off and soar through the heavens becoming one with the heavens themselves. As you soar over the valley, you can view those other children on their way up the mountain and see clearly where they are in their struggle to reach the heights.”
“From that viewpoint, you will know and understand exactly what type of help they need in the exact moment of their need; making real for them the conviction that they are not alone in their struggle to reach the heights. It is in this way, as you guide them that you are able to touch their hearts, encouraging them to continue because they realize that you have seen their individual need correctly and at the precise moment of their greatest need. Now they know that they are not alone as they struggle to attain the heights themselves. They are encouraged to continue on.”
P.S., I believe the mountain pictured is Rennes-le-Chateau, located in the wine country of Southern France where the grapes of Skill are often sought, these grapes of Skill are called the Blue Apples and are the logo for the Holy Grail. They represent the secret of immortality. They are the ‘blue stones’, or the Druid ’serpent’s eggs’ that turn an ordinary person into a Shining One.
Thank you, Anna
