The over-arching or most interesting to me has been Mental and Physical Health. I trully agree that vision twelve is very special to all of us as Mark Hamilton describes in his heirlooms. For mysel, I have learned throughout my life standing up to depression can only happen, when we work out a sweat daily. I repeat, daily. The body responds well to to physical work that makes us sweat. No more pills to stop the depression when we “pamper” our bodies back to health through that daily physical sweat. What is most precious about that as Mark Hamilton gently and lovingly writes, it will bring on the power thinking skills inbedded in our nature, that so wonderfully leads us to utilize the power of neothink which builds the big puzzle of our fulfillment of all of Desires.
