The Prime Law would also end the work of the Criminal Mind. The Criminal Mind is similar to the Political Force by way of Man-Made-Law. The Criminal Mind begins when a person starts a trend of dishonesties that he can get away with and as that trend continues the person starts using Threats when someone, perhaps that’s aware of his/her Dishonesties is showing signs of resisting. And unless the person is addressed of this trend soon enough, it progresses into a Criminal Mind that steals and perhaps injures someone, or worse. With the Prime Law in the Constitution then all people will be protected by the Politically Corrupt as well as the Criminal Minded. At that point the Neo-Cheaters will have to change, go Neothink, if they are to survive, because the old way is no longer profitable for them.
