You are right about certain people, Mark Hamilton, ruling the poor and allot of their laws has helped them from ever allowing a great number of people from ever taking advantage of the wealth their country produces. But the reality is, humans are programmable entities and are easy to manipulate and those in power have always known this. Now is up to society to understand this and have the feel to do something about it or like in the past remain as slaves and continue breeding more slaves until one of these rich governments accidentally lead the rest of the planet into chaos.
